I'm not sure how plus sized you are, but I am also plus sized and it fit me fine. I LOVED the My Brest Friend pillow. I used the Boppy in the special care nursery with my baby and it was so much smaller I needed to use pillows in addition to it, and it was hard to do anything but the regular hold (I found the football hold much easier when my daughter was a newborn). I highly recommend the My Brest Pillow . I liked it so much I bought two, one for upstairs and one for downstairs.

I am not sure what sizes it will fit but this pillow is AWESOME. You can actually eat, move around the house, work on the computer, while your baby nurses or rests on the pillow. Because you don't need to hold the pillow onto yourself, one hand can support the baby, the other is free.
I'd call the company-I think it's spelled Brest Friend. Ask them the circumference it fits.

Im not sure how the sizes run on the pillow that you want, but try a firm on from boppy, thats what Kami (2 yrs now) used, and it was great!

i love my breast friend! so much better than the boppy. it is a bit narrow, though. the whole pillow does encompass the mother almost all the way around...it use to have a velcro strap that you are suppose to use but now i see it's a clip..i guess if you stay seated, you don't have to use the clip to encircle the pillow around you although that sort of discounts a lot of the benefits to it...

Consider the Cheri nursing pillow. It's so much smaller and totally does the job!! Here's a website for it.

You may also want to look at the Bravado Supreme nursing bras. The ONLY nursing bra I have found designed specifically for plus-size women. Good Luck!

For a newborn, I really liked using one of those harder foam regular bed pillows, propped up with another pillow.

I have always used just a regular pillow myself. I hear that they are good pillows though.
