Whenever I get called to Jury Duty, I always have a way to get out of it. I'm afraid that if I go to Jury Duty, and pick the wrong answer, all of the other jurors will yell at me. That's why I don't want to go to Jury Duty. I simply don't have the patience, the knowledge, the strength, and most of all, the time for it.

Yep. I was a foreman on a jury for a re-trial for 1st degree murder. Not the best week I've ever had. We were shown autopsy photos and crime scene photos and had to listen to the 911 call where you could clearly hear the gun shot. We found the guy guilty after his previous trial was a mistrial.

In South Africa I guess we don't have a jury! Maybe lucky, but then on the other hand I haven't been in such trouble yet to say it is good ether!
