Okay, my cousin has 1 female hampsters and 1 male the mom just had babies 6 weeks ago which makes 2 females ,immedeatly after the birth we donated the male to the pet store and just yesterday the female gave birth again how is this possible?

I would assume this isn't the right place for this question.

Hamsters can get pregnant again the same day they give birth to answer your question though.

the same way that when i bought 2 female baby hampsters mr bojangles got pregnant! its hard to deterime a gender on a hampster correctly per the pet store we got em from

Evidently "immediately after the birth" wasn't "immediately" enough.

He must have bred her as soon as she gave birth. They do that.

go to the pets section to post this question, you would get a lot better answers...as this is for HUMAN pregnancies.

it could have been the after birth i dont think she was pregnant again
