doesn't make sense 2 me....things r diff at the microscopic level...if energy increases...then the collisions between electrons increases..thereby increasing d resistance...nd decreasing the conductance!!

sister when u increase temprature of a semii conductor the electrons become exciting and they leave there orbits and with every electron 1 hole and 1 free electron is created this increases the conductivity

if u increase the temprature too much then the vibration starts which decreses the conductance

Heat "excites" the molecules thus making the flow of electricity easier. A poor example would be this: when your very cold, it feels like your blood flow is slowed down, yet, if you are warm, your blood seems to flow faster. Does that make sense?
