Well I'll say this....the times I chose to have a picture rather then an avatar, I was more stalked and targeted by trolls.
The good thing about the avatars is they basically all look alike and it's a lot harder to get picked on that way.

Keep the avatar. You'll get many violation notices in your email box, what I call SPAM, which are annoying if you put up the sexed up pictures.

Those sexed up pictures are usually kids trying to act grown up or adults that need to grow up.

I like your avatar, i think they're fun.
But if you want to put a sexed up pic on, i'm sure it will draw more attention to you.
