Can a virgin have a papsmire test? I 'm 21 by the way, never had any relations before, also what is papsmire for?

Yes Virgins do have pap smears.

You should have a pap PRIOR TO having sex, or after you start your periods, or if you have any concerns down below, whichever comes first.

You're supposed to start getting regular, annual gynecologist exams, including a pap smear test, when you first become sexually active or when you turn 18. A pap smear checks for irregular cells on your cervix that could develop into cervical cancer.
