I have an idea: Use Yahoo Answers as a "reward" for working! For example....set a goal of working for 1 hour with no distractions, then reward yourself with 10 minutes of Yahoo Answers! I think it just might work! But, don't cheat!

I go back and forth between work and when I get burnt I go on answers and chill then back to work...50 mins of wk 10 mins of Answers

i stop distracting myself and i work my best and then reward myself with playing around online AFTER work!
so it's like something to look forward to
and it helps to have a little self control
