Yep, try to jog every day for a hour for a week as this is the best way to get a flat stomach. I have a flat stomach and a eat like a pig...i guess all i do is always hold my stomack in regardless where i am...trust me after a while u get use to it and ur stomach never gets big regardless of how much u eat.

-Situps are really good for you. 100 per day, at the least. They flatten your stomach and build muscle that gives you a six pack- how hot is that? :) V-ups are also great. A V-up is when your are flat on the floor and you lift your arms and legs up and touch your feet. Making your body look like a V.
-Do something physical- I reccommend swimming laps. Join a swim team or something. Moving your arms and legs and body at the same time is one of the best activities.
-Eat right, that is REALLY important! Eat fruits and veggies and protein, but try to stay away from bread.
-Don't sit on your butt all day long. Go DO something. Go to a waterpark, excersize at the gym, play basketball with your friends, etc.
Feel confident about yourself. Suck in your belly, and hold it in for a some time. I promise it will start to stay that way.

crunches are always good and anything that works your abs. If you really want a nice flat stomach you should work your obliques (the muscles right next to your ab muscles) as well. Hoding a good amount of weight and rotating is good.
You could even do crunches while holding a weight.
Theres also a good energy drink called enviga that helps speed up your metabalism. Its pretty good stuff.
Or try this yogurt called activa. Thats good as well =)

sit ups and leg lifts, and maintain a healthy diet!! try eating 5-6 SMALL meals a day instead of 3 big ones, this will make ur matabolizom higher!! also substutute an apple for ur regular lunch, i do this and have already lost 10 pounds!!

kneel, keeping back straight lean back slightly (until you feel it pull)
and then bring yourself back up. You will feel it in your thighs but yorur stomach will reap rewards star with 5 and work up to 10 or more. I would not go more than 15 tho.

Sit ups as soon as you get up. Take a multivitamin as well. Do them until you cry. Dont drink sodas and eat bad foods. NO Breads.

curl-ups definatly flaten your stomache out- about 60 each day for a week, to get rid of any fat try to eat foods less in fats- even good fats, eat lots of protein- in healthy meats to like chicken and turkey. Hope it helps! :)

You can do leg lifts. That helps a lot because if you do like 5-10 of those you can REALLY FEEL the burn! lol. good luck!

you can't get a flat stomach. never ever. your stomach isn't made to be flat. simple
for flat abs you can't get FAST results. It takes work and it takes TIME. You can start doing Pilates, they're wonderful and they really work for firming your abs.
Oh, and I forgot to mention: eat as little as you can
