The creative thing to do is to think about what you are trying to say beyond just your story. What message do you want your readers to get from your story? Answering that question can give you some good title ideas. Are there any lessons that can be learned from your life thusfar? That can give you good ideas for it as well.

You should consider writting your Autobiography first then the title last. Then the title will come to you while you are writting it.
If not think of something that stands out about your life, like your career or marriage or something great you accomplished. Finally, if you still haven't come up with one call it "Up Yours Life."

It would help to know a little bit about you. I'd say, something like:

Growing up in Afghanistan
Small, but Sweet
Never too Cautious

Something that talks about you, but doesn't refer to you directly.
