That's an issue on this side of the border as well. Yes I think should. When you look at what it cost in law enforcement, time and resources that could used better else where. By making it legal then regulations could be put in place such as age limits etc. Besides, isn't there escort dating services, telephone and live Internet chat rooms(why would anyone would pay for the last two is beyond me), that are legal, so why not. It was legal in North America one time. There were many places that used to have brothels, (the last and most famous one was the Chicken Ranch), until the Tempest movement came along,(yes, the same group that brought us prohibition), putting prostitution on the streets. Let's face it, prostitution has been around for thousands of years, and will be around for a thousand more.

Many declare that prositution isn't a victimless crime through drugs, kidnappings, forcing prostitutes into the paintings, theft or theft of the johns, etc. yet those are results of the guidelines which criminalize prostitution. As such, i think of that legalizing prostitution might, in reality, cut back many of the linked crimes. I even have self belief that there is a industry, a call for and a grant for amenities, which would be authorized, regulated and taxed purely as the different corporation. yet that's a ethical concern and an excellent sort of of our rules are based upon morality. And, as lengthy because of the fact the all human beings isn't disadvantaged of any rights, those rules are valid. no person has to suited to intercourse. What in case you will have intercourse with all human beings you needed? Cool! What if all human beings might have intercourse with you? Oh! WAIT a minute!

Yes, it should. It's working just fine in Nevada -- the workers are licensed, regulated, clean, taken care of, and practice safe sex.
[By the way, I've never used a prostitute nor am I inclined to do so. However, I interviewed numerous johns for a magazine article several years ago.]
Sex is one of the most important needs many people have. If they're willing to pay for it, they should be allowed to. A lot of people don't realize that there are all kinds of reasons why someone prefers or needs a prostitute: They may be too busy to do the whole dating thing, or, frankly, they may be too unattractive to find partners -- either from not having pleasant facial features, or being overweight, or having birth defects, or missing limbs.
Because the sex drive is very strong, it's important for people to have an option. To put this as delicately as possible, what if someone is disinclined -- or physically unable -- to masturbate? When sexual expression is prevented, it can lead to perversion of one's sexuality. Just look at the horrible molestation sex scandal in the Catholic Church.
By following Nevada's example and legalizing prostitution, it would be a win-win situation -- the clients would have a safe outlet, and the service providers wouldn't have to endure the significant dangers of having to deal with pimps.

Well it is legal in some parts of Nevada. It is viewed as a victimless crime, in some ways making it legal and regulating it makes sense. The income becomes taxable, the chance of STD's goes down, etc. It isn't going away so maybe it makes sense to make it legal.

Yes. It's legal in other countries, however, if it were legalized, they would have to pay taxes just like the rest of us.
