Try CLR. It removes calcium, lime, and rust. Wear rubber gloves. I bet this cleans it up.
Now for the drain. It is probably draining slow because of hair. Get a forceps or tweezers, reach down into the drain, and try to remove the hair ball that is down there. You can get a forceps from the fishing department at Walmart. Fishermen use them to remove hooks.
Yeah, I know it's gross, but it will make your tub drain better.

First I would plug the drain and fill the tub with water. Then I would put in about a quart of bleach and let it stand over night. The next morning drain out the bleach water. Then I would clean it with a product called zud. Zud is like comet but cleans much better. Try it you'll like it.

Try a pumice stone. The kind that you use for hard foot skin. It will deteriorate as you scrub, but the tub will look new unless it has corroded. You can find a paint to fix that at home depot or lowes.

Try mild rubbing compound (like you use on your car) If your tub is steel you can use a buffer like you use on a car...if it is fiberglass you want to do the job with elbow grease (you could use the buffer on it but you could burn through the gel-coat finish and leave a really bad dull spot.....so by hand maybe best, you can clean the whole bath tub with mild rubbing compound if you like! Good Luck!

Try limeaway or use a pumice stone. Forget about resurfacing. I have done this twice on fiberglass tubs and it is a waste of money. Ask at your localLowes or Home Depot- they may have a new product.

Scrubbing, soaking, and trying to remove this stain is a frustrating battle that you may not win, you should take a new approach, paint it with a good glossy industrial coatings epoxy. Most bathtubs only use a quart of paint and their is a huge selection of colors, and even custom colors.

It is probably a rust stain not URINE. You may want to look into getting the tub resurfaced. Search 'miracle method' in google.
I am probably going to have my tub and shower redone the same way.

I use that Mr Clean magic eraser. I tried everything to get some of the soap scum out of our bathtub one time and it was not working. I used the magic eraser and it was incredible! I used the whole sponge thing, but it worked. Good luck!
