that time of the month, you know what I mean. I want to re-whittle my waist but I don't want to injure myself or make my cycle last any longer than it has to. Also give me some good exercises for a smaller waist . Thanks Girls:)

it's actually really good for you to exercise during your period. you are recommended to stay active. it will help relieve you of cramps and it will give you more energy, which we seem to be sucked dry of during that time of the month. it won't make your cycle last longer at all. for a smaller waist, do a lot of abdominal exercises. if you are able to get ahold of an exercise ball than use it because it will help a lot. crunches and sit-ups are classic for working around the stomach and waist area. good luck.

Exercising during your period will not "injure you" or make your cycle last longer than normal. Exercise can actually help with menstrual cramps.

Exercise will not reduce the time of your period.
Mine is always 6 days. Always.
I exercise a lot, especially while on my period, because it definitely reduces the cramping/pain.

Exercise will probably make you feel better. It won't injure you or make your cycle longer.

You can't let your period run your life. Do whatever you would do if you didn't have it.

Sure you can do anything while on your period.

Working out could make you forget about your period.

Try crunches for the abdomen.
