Nope , But I am still trying....The profession I saw myself in at age 8 was your typical, everyday Astronaut...:)

At eleven (1976) I recall very clearly wanting to simply be twenty-one then all my problems about a career and concerning life in general would be solved.

At Twenty-one I graduated from college and was not prepared for the private sector at all...No one ever stressed in college- quotas or sales goals or failure to meet required expectations....in other words---The real working world.

So Ten years ago I got involved with Social Work because they don't get results...no sales goals and so on.

I still have not grown up, my friend. Presently I want to become a professional student to recapture the unknown in my future....It's so much more fun to think of ones adventures that lay ahead instead of 'retirement years' ewwww!

I am looking on line at Michigan University even as we speak!! clicking my heals.."I'll Never grow up, I'll never grow up..."

I was once what I wanted to be when I grew up. I was a police officer until injuries forced me to retire early after ten years. Now, I reinvented myself and work in the Information Technology field.

Sort of, I wanted to be a lawyer and a mom. I got the mom part but never went to law school. I became a legal assistant and married a lawyer. LOL

No, I wanted to play NFL. I made it to the minors and was about to get scouted by the big leagues. Then a big fat lineman fell on my ankle and broke, it has never healed up properly.
