It does seem random at times. I just saw a question that got my level 7 account suspended permanently, and it didn't even get a violation. I think Yahoo's system is really bad. The worst part is the trolls don't care, they just create a new account and come back. It's totally ineffective.

oh yeah. all the time on my old account. i got a vn for a resolved question that was over a month old. it wasnt even bad either. i had a stalker. hopefully he isnt around anymore

yep, it's silly. I asked what is your favorite colour ? and it got a violations, and deleted, very silly, have a great day Puppy!
