My work ethic makes me proud of myself, The quality of my niece's and nephew's character makes me proud of their parents. The fact that everybody seems to know and love my dad makes me proud to be his son, My ability to change and adapt to new situations and circumstances makes me proud to know I am still learning and open. The fact that I've been able to keep a pet alive for over 17years makes me proud to know I am not entirely selfish. The quality of my friendships makes me proud because I know I am not only capable of love but I am also capable of being loved.

Having survived through all the crap that I have, and still be a decent person; a hard-working productive member of society.
I could have stayed in the gutter, but I was strong enough and determined enough to get out. I worked hard and went through some really bad times, but I've come out strong!
I *AM* a survivor!!

GREAT question.

My friends and family and the way they love me and who I am. My resilience. My talents and the hard work I did to hone them. My sense of humor and my ability to shrug off problems.

But most of all - knowing that I'm a good person to know. That's what makes the world go 'round for me.
