Stop blaming others for your actions. Eve blamed the serpent, Adam blamed Eve.
Everyone has the power to take control. You have the power in your mind to change, but you probably don't want to change.

The anger is a part of you. It can't leave or go away... nor can it be shut in for too long.
The anger may be from inside you, in your deepest emotions, but that is because it is being kept there... you are bottling up that emotion and the result is a tremendous buildup of anger.
What are you angry at? The answer to that probably lies deep within your emotions, even deeper than the anger. But if you find out what it is that you are angry at, you can do something about it.
But also, that anger is YOURS, and YOU have power over it. You may not be able to supress it, but you may be able to divert it to a better or more focused cause.
Just pay attention to your feelings and try to understand the cause and reasons... and go from there.

Depending on the level of rage and anger it could just be a matter of self-control! Otherwise it may be a form of depression or bi-polar disorder! In either case you need to talk to your Dr. Good Luck

Anger is a human emotion and rage is that emotion out of control. Anger management classes would be better. Also check for bipolar disorder or serious case of ADHD.

it's called Bipolar Disorder
And it affects about 3 million Americans.
Fortunately for us (and not so much so for the Church, who, for the right fee, would "rid" you of such "demons"...) this is a perfectly controllable condition, and is combatted with therapy, anger management, understanding of the disorder, medication, light therapy, etc. or a combination of two or more.
Accept that you aren't perfect, and go get some help. I can guarantee that no demon will jump out of you during therapy...

If that happened to me I would check myself into the hospital and tell the doctors all about the demons... they will find a safe place to keep you until the anger and rage are gone.

^Get help before you do something to really harm someone or yourself. You should see a shrink and find out why you are so angry and how to defuse it. You should go to anger management. There is no shame in getting help. Good luck, blessed be.

Ah... so they devil made you do it, huh? Unless you have some medical or psychological disorder, you can control your anger/rage. It's about not allowing your emotions to control you. (Impulse control, in other words.)

I would join an anger management class, but also see a psychiatrist to find out what is the source of my anger and how to be rid of it. :)
