I voted to go in and I think I was conned I believed that I was joining a trade association and that Parliament would ALWAYS be supreme so far as UK law was concerned. This has not been the case since for many years and these people in Brussels are boasting that by the time we wake up it will be too late to save ourselves. I am not a little Englander there is a whole world out there. So I would now vote to come out. I do not like or agree with being ruled by faceless civil servants in Brussels and I do not like MEPs who have no power other than to fiddle their expenses and draw their pay. A Prime Minister who signs any treaty to diminish UK independence is in my view guilty of treason

OUT!!!!!!!!! We have already given away our own control, or ‘sovereignty’ of Commerce, Industry, Agriculture, Social and Labour Policies, Environment, Fishing and Foreign aid. Our Foreign trade relations are already negotiated and imposed on us by the EU. We have ceded Legal Supremacy to the Luxembourg ‘Court’, and 80% of our Law making is controlled by the EU. Criminal Justice is already 50% under the control of the EU. Our Police are already about 25% subject to EU control. Even Local Government is starting to come under control of the EU. These powers cannot be wrested back from the EU until the UK leaves the EU. If our Parliament does not rubber stamp instructions from the Commission into British Law, we face unlimited Fines from the Luxembourg ‘Court of Justice’.(check this out in the Treaty/Constitution) We can only avoid the jusrisdiction of this court by leaving the EU.The Luxembourg ‘Court of Justice’ is not a Court of Law. It is an offshoot of the EU treaties. Leaving the EU is the only way out.
80% of our laws now originate in Brussels; not even in the elected Parliament but in the unelected Commission.Once the Treaty/Constitution is ratified,we are left with a caretaker government, implementing EU so called "law"! We would not be subject to any of these if we were Out of EU.

Out, because I want Britain to remain as an independent Sovereign State with self determination. Staying in, means that you are voting for the destruction of your own country and seriously letting down all those people in the past who have died defending it.
New Labour have been a disaster for this country, mass immigration being merely one of the more severe symptoms. Therefore, not only should it stop immediately, but it should never have got started.

The sad fact is the views and interests of the population of the UK are very similar to those of the population of France and Holland in that we do not want the new Constitution nor do we want to have Islamic countries far away from us within our Union, nor did we ever want the former Soviet Bloc to be part of us and for their population (or 90% thereof) to have a free right to come over and take our jobs. Tony Blair was mainly the instigator of this undemocracy and. without any sort of consultation nor approval by the people who elected him. So yes OUT OUT OUT and as neither Conservatives nor Liberal-Democrats are in favour of us getting out of Europe, looks like a vote for either UKIP or BNP is only way of making that point?

OUT!!
Because I believe in democracy, freedom of speech and I don't want to live in big brothers superstate.
I want to live in a Britain where the wishes of the populace are taken into consideration and not ignored and where effort is rewarded,
In the EU of the future we will be nothing more than cheap labour. Easily replaced and expendable

I voted against joining the E.U. at that time we were being told we couldn't survive by ourselves, and the majority of people believed it., and voted to join, I believe now we cannot afford to stay in. Our small islands are overcrowded,
We are obeying stupid laws, and are dictated to by faceless wonders, We are paying millions of pounds into the E U funds, and getting very little in return.
I WOULD VOTE OUT

I'd leave. We can't keep finding jobs for the Eastern Europeans. They might be hard working but there are also a lot of hard working people in this country who need work and can't find it, and to say they only do "jobs British people won't do" is preposterous, I know loads of British people who do minimum wage jobs, through lack of choice, and its unfair that they should have to compete with incomers for their jobs.
I'm sick of reading that "British people are all lazy and on the dole and won't work" its grossly unfair and untrue!
I also don't see how the EU benefits us.

OUT and start spending the money saved on rounding up the immigrants dragging this country down. We could then spend more of our wages we earn and start living a semi decent life again.

I just have to point this out, jizzi the UK has one land border, with the Republic of Ireland.
Also, the UK have more citizens in other countries than other countries' citizens in the UK. In other words, the UK is a net exporter of people.
I'm not a UK citizen so I'm not going to answer your question.
