If it's new, there shouldn't be an airflow problem, so you need to contact the seller.
If it's used, first check your condensor coil (under or behind the unit) to make sure it's clean. Check the condensor fan (under or behind the unit) to ensure it's running. Then check the evaporator fan for the same. If you haven't found the problem yet, unplug the unit for about an hour. If it starts to drip water under or behind the unit, then you have a bad defrost timer or a bad defrost element.
(I'm assuming you've already adjusted the thermostat.)
