Do you shop there?

I never shop at Wal-Mart !

I've seen secretly-filmed documentaries in China where they make baby pandas, kittens and puppy dogs work 14 hours a day and feed them tainted pet food and the managers yell at them and call them really mean names.

If you saw one little kitten crying in a corner because she didn't make enough Mc Donald's "Happy Meal" toys or Wal-Mart "Hello Kitty" backpacks during her 14 hour shift, you'd feel just as outraged as I am.

"Poo" on Wal-Mart, I say !

I do if it's late at night and no one else is open, or if I've searched everywhere else and couldn't find an item for a reasonable price. The last two purchases I've made from Wal-Mart are milk (they're significantly cheaper than the grocery stores, and I drink a lot of milk) and oscillating fans (our air conditioning was broken and no one else was open- we needed something to get us through the night).

Wallmart Superstores Rock! One stop shopping for most everything.

Their meats are really bad (cheap meat) so I purchase that from Albertsons.

Where else can you go grocery shopping, look for DVD's or electronics, pick up some shirts and socks; then head over and pick up a pet fish for the kid. It's all there at discount prices. It's a fun event if you can handle all the people that shop there. LOL

Where I live we have a WalMart about 10-15 minutes away, but it is not a super center. I have to shop there. We have nothing else within an hours drive( although it is nice to support the local smaller shops, which are still not in my town but the next town over!)

I shop there because they have a wide variety of things, good brands and prices. I can get my groceries there when I'm buying other things I can't get at the supermarket. Why spend half the day going all over town to buy food, get my prescriptions filled, banking done, and get things we need like a bicycle tire pump or extra keys made, when I can get that all done at WalMart. I can even get my car's yearly state inspection there. It's a fantastic timesaver!

everytime you shop at these stores somebody loses their job .take a look at there track record wherever these stores are at .they import almost everything at a cheap price but are you actually saving any money?.for every dollar spent at walmart your town loses 25.00 .so you people that shop there aint seeing the big picture.wake up and pay a little more to keep our people in jobs .so many jobs have went overseas due to this problem .there beef is old dairy cows turned into hamburg and injected with carbon dioxide to make it look fresher.what a way to treat americans .do your research first before you shop there again

As I stated before, the one near where I live is filled with a bunch of animals and not very safe. But I do go there because I feel I save money on most things. Compare their condom prices to walgreens. 5 $ cheaper!!!!

One thing I hate about walmart is that the pet food is on the other side of the store. So when I'm buying me and the dog our food, you have to walk clear to the other side to get the dog food, poor setup.

One thing I like is that you don't need some stupid card that has to be scanned to get better prices, ie kroger or giant eagle. I always felt like I was being extorted having to use a card like that.

Another thing I hate about walmart is that they let panhandlers set up shop right at the entrance to harass you as you walk into the store. I already give out of my paycheck weekly and don't need to be harassed as I'm walking into a business. One day there were some liberals out there that were left of ted kennedy. They wanted signatures about global warming for their petition. Of course I scoffed at them. heh.

If you can deal with the animals in the store, its not bad.

I shop there at times. Have you noticed you can spend an entire pay check there and otherwise not pay one bill? They have it that way by having everything. I am not blaming them it's our ekes are bigger than our accounts,
I love the store but on the damage I can do. I do not think it was a fair or balanced decision to omit the lay-away service. People depended greatly on it for their children's sakes.

It's a good place for old timers to be customer welcomer's at the front door. That is usually the first and last smile you see in the store. Every other employee seems disgruntled and looks like their packing heat.
