Its called a fan clutch tool and most autoparts stores have them. the big wrench goes over the water pump pulley bolts to keep it from turning, the small one goes on the fan clutch nut. it turns the oposite direction

This nut is actually a reverse thread, however, just how its situated, there is a special tool needed. I have this tool at the shop I work at, and it basically attaches to an air hammer and forces the nut to move (it is susposed to move, in my area there is a lot of corrosion and rust, this is the only way), I'm sure in an area where this isn't as much rust or corrosion you could turn it off by hand strength, and not that of an air hammer, a hammer wont' give you enough force to move it.

If you have an impact wrench no problem. Take a socket that fits the nut and a breaker bar, hit the end of the breaker bar with a hammer, the nut screws off counter clock wise, you may have to hit the breaker bar several times

You are attempting to turn the belt tensioner, this nut does not come off, just under it is a smaller bolt, this removes the entire tensioner arm, but before you do use that nut to remove tension on the belt and remove belt. You will turn the bolt to the left and the spring loaded arm will swing down and you can remove the belt.

Are you talking about the fan hub? There are special tools to remove, or you can give it a quick"brap" with an air chisel to break it loose. It should be right hand thread.
