when i am sleeping but i still kind of feel awake i feel like i am floating and i am being so serious its really scary and i get the same dream like once or twice a year of me falling off a building and i wake up sweating from it ??? mean something

its a nightmare. Everyone had nightmares. you kno what really help me from getting nightmare is music. evrytime i'm going to sleep i turn on the radio really low. and i put it to sunnny 104.3 they gives great song. and before you go to sleep, pray god and make sure the cover yyou sleep with is clean and your room is clean. take a nice bath. and go to sleep. i bet it will help.

Yes it does. There is plenty of research that is on the internet about falling dreams...however, to answer your question the theory if you will, is that you dream of falling/flying or such because you "feel" you might lose "control" over something. You spend the better part of your time eloquent, intellectual, controlled, opinionated, and very well liked. People who live this way sometimes have an underlying fear that they will be "found out as frauds" or even "do something that will make people not like them." Because we're all so human and we all do some pretty stupid things it is probably not in your nature to do this on a regular basis. You see people around you who do. And you wonder if someday someone will think about you, what it is that you think about those kinds of people. It's a fear of loss. It's a fear of being out of control. It's extremely more common than you think.

Fear of some failure or not coming up to the expectations of self or others.Nothing serious but quite normal.It shall pass by .

you are way to over tired to not be sleeping well..being too tired can caused disturbed dreams try reading before you go to sleep it will releave you mind of trivial things
