ive always had trouble getting the right size and i know this is stupid but im embarrased about going to get professionally measured. please help me try and figure out my size.
here r my measurements:
overbust: 32inches
bust: 36
underbust: 30
iv tried many methods of measuring such as add 4 to underbust and subtract bust but none of these seem to work for me. it says im a B but this just doesnt feel right.

did u measure with or without a bra on? if u measured with on then your a 32D..I THINK.. if you didnt, do, then go to jc penny.com to lingerie then click on any random bra on the side you can see a fitting guide click on it and it will calculate your size! that's what i did 4 u!
hope this helps!

You are a size 34B
The measurement under your chest, you add four if its an even number and five if it is an odd number. That is the band size.
Then the bust measurement, you subtract the band size (34) from that (36) and get 2.
1" is an A, 2" is a B, 3" is a C.
Just remember, use that 34B as a guideline. Not all bras have the same sizing requirements, so you could be a 34B in one brand and a 34C in another brand.
Or get sized at JCPenney, Sears, or Nordstroms (not Victoria Secret as they size incorrectly).

If the difference is
less than 1 inch to 1 inch = A cup
2 inches = B cup
3 inches = C cup
4 inches = D cup
5 inches = DD cup
For example: If your band size is 34" and your bust measurement is 35", you wear an "A" cup.
This is the most accurate thing i have seen its really how they figure it in the stores. Victoria's secret is not the place to trust on this, I know many people who have gone in and been told a very incorrect size. If you are to shy to get measured at a store i would recommend using this chart but Dillard's and other larger department stores are really very good about it and nobody says that you have to buy it where you get measured.

I know what you mean i am also too shy to go get measured.
The best way to find out your proper bra size is to try on some different sizes. Try on your current bra and then feel how it fits, if it doesn't sit right against your skin inbetween your breasts then it is too small, if it digs in under your arms then it is too big.
Your back size should be 30, it is generally always the underbust size, so i would recommend starting with a 30B to try on in any department store. When you try a bra on wiggle around a bit and then see how comfortable it feels and how it looks on you. Once you try on a few different sizes you can get a feel for which one feels better when you wear it.

You need to go to a place where there is a professional that can size you. Victoria Sercret is not that place. If you have a Macy's or a Nordstroms, those are the places to go.
