I have a cousin..and I always been loyal to her...and trusted her. ..but every time she was avalaible she would call me, and when she was not availaible she wouldn't pick up the phone. Every time she have something to show off about herself she would call...otherwise she wont. Or when she gets a news about me she is curious to know everything.
She just did...she called me, because she was curious about me....and I didn't pick up the phone.
Does this make me mean?
or I'm right to be angry with her?

No, you're right to be angry with her. But I think you should sit down with her and let her know your feelings on this. And if she doesn't change her way/s then I would tell her not to call or to be kind about it I would avoid her.

Sometimes,people are in a state which they can't speak or they don't want to.If you are a good cousin, just you should wait I guess..
