Great list by indiecindy, but sugar is a carbohydrate (stoichiometric equation CxH2xOx), not sodium and fluorine.

Other elements:
carbon: in charcoal, diamonds, etc.
neon: in lights
aluminum/iron/copper: pots and pans

Other compounds:
NaClO: chlorine bleach
acetic acid: vinegar
