for some reason, when i type on my keyboard, the letters that have a number in the top right hand corner on them come up on the screen as the number instead of the letter. i have to hold down Fn in order to type those letters and its really annoying. can anyone tell me how to get it back to normal typing?

Press the function (fn), hold it down and press Num lock.

This will turn off the number pad and this must work...

Good Luck !!!

Check that your regional settings hasn't been changed, this can happen if someone has changed them for one reason or another they should be set to UK Brittish.
