I want to access a software installed in my clients network.
my client is having his own network and we have a secure VPN between both the network.

currently 3389 - RDP port is open so i can access clients system using MSTSC.exe.

if netbios port is opened will i able to access the files in clients system without using MSTSC

well personally i think that if the ports 135 to 139 are open its an easier way to hack a computer. i know because ive done it before. i always keep those ports closed.
