If you slash tires and some one drives and kills some one in a wreck? or better yet 4 $250 each tires that you would be a felony. And If in Texas and I saw you destroing my property I would aim and fire on you...The New Castle law I do not have to retreat to protect my house.

No the automobile self destructs and wipes out a million/2 the block with the C4 packed in there.... actually i'm advantageous you're plotting to diminish someones tires and afraid the alarm might bypass off, so i could somewhat supply you a dumb answer for a dumb thought.

get something sharp (like a hard solid knife) then simply slash the tyres with it!....use a stabbing motion!
