Well, i start my mini moto. and if i lift up the back wheel it spins around on its own. When im sat on it i move slowly about 1-3 mph. The Fuel Mixture is 30:1 for when im running it says to change it to 50:1 after 2-5 tanks. but im only on my 3rd? could this be why ?

the centrifugal clutch is engaging because the engine tick over is set to high reuce the tickover be urning the screw on the carb so the engine runs slightly slower than it is doing

the clutch cannot be adjusted it is a centrifugal type so take no notice of the next answer the man as not got a clue

I'm not familiar with a mini moto, but it sounds like the clutch is dragging to me. If it is adjustable, that's easy to do, if it's a centrifigal clutch, you may have your idle speed set too high which is causing it to engage.

you may purchase a Mini Moto at any age, it purely can not be ridden on public highways; purely on inner maximum sources with the proprietors permission. I used to have one while i become around 13, infrequently used it nevertheless because of the fact I had no place to apply it!

The idle is set too high. There should be a screw on the carb for setting the idle. Make sure its warmed up before making any adjustments.
