i have 3 female dogs...one is a beagle who is allergic to grass and trees...lots of work keeping her allergies under control but one of the most kind dogs i have ever owned and she is a smart a** which i love...she will get toys that say things (one says "are you talkin to me") and play them to make me smile
a rat terrier who is determined to protect me with her life...however she is a hypochondriac and i have to keep band aids on hand to make her feel good about herself...and she is a terrible baby but a very loving dog and a bit of a character...quite a character...
a maltese who is deadly faithful to me...follows me everywhere and bites everyone who comes in the door at the ankle (as she is only 4 pounds)...she adores me and sleeps on my pillow as she cant be too far from me...

A 5 year old Rottweiler, she eats ANYTHING...tables, chairs, plastic...she is a bloody menace, she pinches my clothes out of the washing machine and drags them out the back garden...if you give her all the toys in the world, they are not enough and give her 24 hours attention a day - she'll want 25 hours!
She is a sweet natured dog, very kind to my children (she knows wherever they are, there's FOOD!) But with strangers, I wouldn't hold out much hope for them.
We have two guinea-pigs...they are so cute and have a gorgeous squeak.
I used to have horses, they were lovely to keep, but tons of work.

I have five dogs and four cats, and an aquarium. I take care of the dogs and cats, the old handles the tank. As far as a lot of work. Kind of, but hey, they are worth it. My dogs are more loyal than my kids. They will protect me as well as the old lady and the property. It takes me like twenty minutes every morning putting them out and feeding them. And ten later on cleaning their kennels. The cats are the easy ones. Food and water and cleaning of litter boxes. Five or ten minutes. They are inside cats but my house is rodent free.

I have 7 cats and 1 fish. The fish is no problem. The cats are not too much work except cleaning after some of the messes they make. They usually behave themselves but occasionally will be growling and trying to fight amongst themselves and I have to step in and tell them to cut it out.

5 dogs, and a cockateil. I would much rather have a dozen more dogs than one more kid! Dogs are easier, no arguing, no back talk, no asking for $$, no trashing the house, they don't stay mad, always happy to see me, and do what they are told to do !

2 cats, and a dog, and a fish.
Actually, it's pretty easy. We just have to walk and feed the dog, feed the cats and the fish.
