18 isn't too young to get engaged, but not married. It is a big step to move to another country, I would be very careful, cause there is no turning back after you move. Make sure it is what you really want to do.

It is young but you are now what they consider an adult. I would not recommend getting married for a couple years though. Are you ready or do you even want to move to another country? What happens if the relationship ends? I would sit down first with yourself and figure out if this is something that you really want to do and then I would sit down with your partner and talk about the engagement, moving, the future and what you both really want.

YES!
Even though you are physically mature, the largest change in your life is still ahead of you! The amount of changes you will experience in the next seven years will make your teens seem like a warm-up! At the end of that seven years, you and your guy-friend will literally not be the same people. You will be very very lucky if you still have the same feelings afterwards.
If this love is real, it can wait until you're 25. When you're 30, it will not have seemed like a very long time.

No. Though 18 is young but not too young to get engaged. Do move with him to new place for new and wonderful life.

Yes for sure it is too young. There are lots of other people you need to at least meet first. Let your partner go and see what his/her feelings are in 6 months.

It is still very young. Think about the long term effect of that. It could only be temporal feelings. But see, there's a lot of things you can do when you are single than not.
