Hi there,

last year, I sold a couple of things on ebay, and in my own fault, I forgot to post them, so the two buers opened a "non delivered" strike and my account got closed.

I've been trying for the last year to get my account reinstated but the two people that put strikes against me will not respond to my emails.

I've contacted Ebay support and I've now got two dozen emails telling me, word for word, the same thing (i.e. try to resolve your dispute via email I'M F$^&$^G WELL TRYING TO!!!!)

What else can I do? As they suspended my account I cant even get their postal adrdress and go round their to administer a good leathering for not replying to anything.

Any advice? as Ebay Support just keep sending me the same damn email!

Thanks in advance

Additional:

2 Things, first up, I've already opened a second account and it got closed.

Second up, to the donkey who's gone off on one, I was a bit busy dealing with a friends funeral, the other 85 items I'd sold all went out on time and had positive feedback.

Talk about shoot first, ask questions later.....

Er, they track it through delivery addresses and credit card addresses. Thats why I got nailed for the second account.

Sounds like you'd be better off just opening a new account. Even if you do get your original one reinstated you are presumably going to have a couple of negative feedbacks saying that you didn't delivery items?

However, if I bought something from you and you 'forgot' to post it, I'd be mighty naffed off too and certainly wouldn't buy from you again!

If youwant my personal opinion, you;re better off out of it. When e-bay first started it was a great site, did exactly what it set out to do.... now the whole thing is overpriced if your a seller, and also in a hideous incestuous link with Paypal which makes it still more difficult and expensive to sell. The site has also been flooded with people selling cheap knock offs, imitations, and pirate items, along with a load of people trading new goods full time. So you now end up with customers expecting perfect condition goods and immediate delivery, and warthogs complaining if you don't respond to their orders within a microsecond of receiving payment and then moaning if you don't leave them nice feedback. The original use of e-bay, for normal people to sell off unwanted second hand items which may not be picture perfect but are available at a good price has completely vanished as far as I can see. Then when you really do experience a problem and need help from them, as you are now finding, the buggers just stonewall all your best efforts to get them to take reasonable action. To summarise - ebay sucks.

As a powerseller I know you do not get banned for two instances - it is a minimum of three.

eBay support are not great (thank goodness I have an account manager) but to be honest - 'forgetting' to send parcels is complete rubbish. How do you 'forget' to send what people bought?

If I had bought from you and you treated me this way - I wouldn't repsond to your emails either.

To be honest there are enough bad sellers on eBay that we don't need anymore thanks.

Just read your additional notes - if this is genuine then forward your user id to me and I will forward this thread to my account manager.

I would bite the bullet and just create a new account. I got real tired of the "form-letter" emails too. eBay isn't what it used to be. Sad, but the only thing I can recommend is starting over with a new account.

I reckons Lily's right - get a new account.

You wouldn't get any help from customer support - its all automated bots that reply to emails with standard replies! Waste of time trying to get to talk to anyone.
