There is spot on the inner side of your legs (above the ancle, 2 inches up towards the knee from ancle born). Just press the spot 2 minutes each on each leg with your thumb.
(If it is the right spot you will feel a slight pain in the spot when you press it)

Just try it. It is the pain killing nerve towards the womb. It can only be used to reduce periods pain.

There is no easy answer to this - I am presuming that you are experiencing really bad period pains and sickness at the same time?

If your periods are causing you so much pain then you should really try and see the Dr.....they shouldn't cause you extreme pain. Some pain and discomfort is normal but if it's really really bad then you should get yourself checked out. Especially if you are vomiting as well, it shouldn't be so bad....

For the pain, and anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen can help, and to ease the nausea and sickness you can get at the pharmacy anti-sickness tablets, just ask the pharmacist. Codeine is also great but if you are in the US I think you will need a Dr's prescription for it as it's not available over the counter.

Root ginger or liquorice can ease nausea if that's what you are having.....but if none of this is working along with painkillers then best to see a Dr or gynaecologist to just have a few things checked out. Sometimes certain women just suffer more than others with their periods for no specific reason but it's good to have it looked at anyway....going through that every month can't be fun :(

Sickness With Period

A heating pad, and Tylenol or Midol for the pain. For the sick feeling you can try things like Gingerale and 7 Up or making a tea out of fresh ginger. You can find fresh ginger in the supermarkets, health food store, and some cases a flea market if it's set up to have fresh produce brought in each week.

To make the tea heat some water in a pan or coffeepot if you have one and then cut two or three pieces from the root to put in the water. Let it sit for a few more minutes. The pour in to a cup and after a couple minutes to cool slowly drink it. Ginger is good for helping digestive upset.

If both symptoms are so severe that you can't function then this needs to be evaluated by a doctor to see what they think is going on.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

You can try Motrin or Aleve, or head for the meds specifically designed for period issues, like Pamprin and Midol.

If those don't work for you, head to the doctor! Severe pain and symptoms during your period doesn't have to be the norm! My gynocologist told me that being in pain is not totally normal when you have your period, especially if it is severe enough to interfere with your daily activities.

No sure about sickness, never had that with my periods but as for pain...
try puttin a hot water bottle on your stomach and//or proping your legs up against something, so your on your back with your legs against something.
that always worked for me.
sometimes my boyfriend will rub my stomach, that helps relax you and takes away the twinges.
some basic pain killers may also help you :)

Hope You Feel Better :)

If you've already tried all of the above katrina and the pain is still extreme and with sickness, you should go see your doctor and ask for a referral to a gynaecologist, it sound's like you may have a very bad case of endometriosis, it need's to be dealt with asap, if left untreated it could leave you infertile!!!

A nice warm bath, a hot water bottle, a little sleep - either on the sofa or bed and perhaps a naff film to watch with a LARGE bar of chocolate. Take some painkillers too. Try to relax. Hope it gets better.
