Most periods are 28 days apart so it helps know when "Aunt Flo" is gonna visit. lol

Yes of course u can. Take either
- Paracetamol OR Ibrobopen.
Also put a hot water bottle on ur stomach/belly.
I have a special magnet that i wear where the pain is, this helps quite a bit. Hope this makes u feel up, and a bit more happy. :-) smile
( I was 11 when i started just as i was going 2 secondary school, i felt really down. )

First of all, I'd like to say "Congrats! You're a woman!"
Alright, back to the point. If your pains are getting you down to the point that you feel you must take painkillers, go for it! I recommend tylenol. Tylenol has some pretty cool flavors, AND, it works pretty fast. For me, I feel just laying down for a few seconds helps me instantly. Maybe that would work for you?

For the cramping you can use things like Tylenol and Midol if your mom says ok. Also, a heating pad can be very helpful to cramps. Also, talk to your doctor when you have your next check up to ask about other ideas to help the pain as well.

take ibuprofen 200 mg when you're in pain. you may also use hot compress and place it on top of the area.
