Imagine the government puts a chip in your head and uses it to mind-broadcast your thoughts telepathically.
Why would they do that? Could it be to spread the idea democracy around the world? Or, would it be to teach people English?
Why would the government do it?

The government always has motives...but I can't help but to wonder if its a plot on policy...Some people of foreign countries are likely included so I don't think its strictly a language thing involved..I can only pray its not an evil motive, just an enlightening issue for all to learn..=)
