Does anyone know of a natural supplement that will help with my moodiness - that is not necessarily from my menstrual cycle

I suggest St. John's Wort. It is a natural mood elevator. Also, Valerian is very helpful. I take it myself.

Vitamin B complex, regular exercise, reducing or avoiding caffiene intake including chocolate, reducing or avoiding refined sugar intake, eating a healthy diet, taking up a hobby such as painting, yoga or meditation and making sure to get plenty of regular sleep can all help with 'moodiness' and stress.

Try B6. You can find it in a bottle by itself or as part of a bottle of B Complex. You can find it at most major drugstores. If you have more specific needs (such as being allergic to gluten for example) you can also check The Vitamin Shoppe. If they don't have a store in your area you can also order it from their site.
