It's a country song and, no, it's not Randy Travis - 1982. The music video has the male singer in a car driving to a funeral while seeing many sad things on the way. The song is slow and sad. I can't remember the artist's name.

Okay - I did a little research. Brooks & Dunn ALSO sings that song "How Do You Get That Lonely".
