I think it is quite tru actually!Most of the time anyway!
On one hand, I knew a lad who had size 8 feet but only a teeny weeny manhood! lol
But my man has size 10 1/2 feet, and a 10" manhood!
So for the most part yes!

I really don't think how big a men's foot is relays to other regions. It's just like some old myth that people like to say.
