Mackenzie is the first name that came to mind for me too.
Maybe for a boy, Nezicheal, pronounced like Ezekiel with a "N".
Maybe, Chealzie, pronounced either kell-Z or cole-Z. This is more for a girl I think.
Neleah for a girl. Its the last part of Michael backwards with a "N".

Mackenzie is definately unisex and a good combination.
I really am having trouble coming up with anything else that doesn't sound too made-up and weird. I like Mackenzie though!
