Well, there're no methods in madness but yourself. When a person is angry, one may do anything that may either cause harm, anguish, or even revenge as their mind has been narrowed instead of opening up.
The only method to solve this is to open up your mind, follow your heart and never ever think of anything foolish. If not, instead of being mad, insanity comes in. By then, it will be too little, too late to solve the problem.
Cheers :)

My method to madness is to wet yourself completely while still in your clothes, going into your room and turning your AC on without drying yourself at all, and then have the fan blowing directly at you. It gives you a good brain freeze, and disintegrates your brain cells.
Strictly speaking, my madness does not have a required method.

There is always a method to my madness, some reason for my actions, some trade for my bargain.
