okay i ve been spotting for 2 days 8 days before my period its a brown and a little tiny red now i thought it was implantation but i remmeberd that the day that istarted was the day that i got tanning for 10 min could this have anything to do with tanning or is it really inplantation please answer serious answers please im fraking out thanks

Tanning should have no bearing on the spotting. It is possible, but unlikely, that it is implantation spotting. Implantation spotting is usually very light and only lasts a matter of hours. However, tanning during pregnancy is not recommended, so if you are actively TTC then you should discuss going to the tanning salon with your OB/Gyn at your Pre-conception visit.
