Will he still get ban? Go to jail and fines?

A plea bargain will keep much of what he is accused of out of the media and would maybe give him a chance of playing in the NFL again. A trial would bring out what he is accused of and if it is as bad as been reported, then his chances of playing again are nil. Of course, the league will do their own investigation, so he could be gone forever.

A ban or suspension from the NFL is a given. The length or severity may vary if he admits guilt and plea bargins. Hefty fines are also a given. Jail time? I honestly doubt, even though deserved, that Vick will spend even a day in prison.

If it goes to trial, he'll fry. The feds won't actively pursue such a popular face without plenty of evidence. Vick should hope for a plea bargain.

Federal charges - your lawyer will tell you "bring your toothbrush" - which means jail time regardless of plea bargain or trial. All his co-conspirators have now plea bargained so they will all testify against him. His next team will definitely be wearing stripes.

He is suspended regardless, at least for a year...If he plea bargains, he might save time in prison...If he is found guilty in a trial, his career is over...
