I don't know, but the name of the place and the language sounds French. I'd imagine it's probably something done by a French composer, which would rule Mozart out since he was Austrian.

I had the same impression as fredrik and glinzek. My guess would have been Vivaldi, too. One reason it may seem to sound like Mozart is because I think it is being performed by a larger ensemble than would have been typical for the Baroque era. That always makes things sound more classical.

Agree with fredrick z

This is definitely a Baroque work and sounds very much like Vivaldi -- but I cannot identify it.

Even Mozart's earliest works were more "style gallant". This piece has the "constant motion", and motorhythmic hallmarks of the late Baroque. The use of basso continuo (harpsichord and cello/bass) is also an important listening clue.

I agree that this style represents the short period between Baroque and Classical music, but I doubt it's Vivaldi or Mozart. The last few notes sound like Handel's "The Arrival of the Queen of Sheba". However, my personal guess is that it is Carl Philip Emanuel Bach. He's famous for his Rococo style which sounds somewhat similar to your piece.

Try the Allegro movements in these samples:

The music sounds like Vivaldi or one of his many imitators. Harmonically / melodically it seems to predate Mozart.

It sounds like a piece by Haydn or Vivaldi
to me.
It's not sprightly enough for Mozart.
