I believe there is, its not proven though.
But yesterday I was watching this thing on the discovery channel and it said that the moon Titan has an ocean bigger than all our oceans combined and in around 50 years NASA is going to launch a submarine in that ocean to look for living organisms, even the tinest bacteria will be counted as life in outer space

There is micro scopic life on the surface of the planet, maybe the more complex organisms live inside the planet. There is life everywhere!!!
