Of course it's alright to wear a night pad during the day, in fact, it's probably even better. Night pads were designed specifically for women to wear when they go to sleep, because they are thicker and more absorbent than day pads which means you can wear them for a longer amount of time. So if you're going on a day trip and won't have much of an opportunity to go and change your pad every few hours, then wear a night one. It won't do you any harm at all. Yes, you can wear your dress, there will definately be no problems, just wear a night pad. Good luck and have fun on your day drip! (:

I don't like the wings. I don't think they work as good as the regular ones. I use the day pads for heavy periods, and then if I have a really heavy day, I'll sleep on an old towel so my sheets stay clean.

Always has a product line without wings as well. For at night check in to a kind that they have for Overnight. I have several strengths with their product line and recently added this Overnight one about 6 months and felt very good with it.

As for the wings, if you need further help with how to use them feel free to e-mail or IM me off site if you would like to try them one more time.

My advice is to get the overnight sized pads. I know that night
time is the messiest. So if you have too, use two of them. Put one
in front and one in back, just make sure that they overlap a bit.

i wouldn't use those if you don't have a really heavy period. they suck and feel like a diaper. try regular size pads if you are not comfortable with sleeping in tampons.
