3rd caveman steps out on balcony and says "Tina's back... we're getting back together". Love this series but this ad's driving me crazy! Who the hell is Tina and where is she coming back from?

I don't think Tina is anyone that they have shown before. I think it's just his ex, maybe she moved back into town, who knows. Isn't there going to be a series about them. Maybe they'll show her there, then you won't go crazy.

Dude!! Calm down!! It's just a commercial. More than likely, Tina is a character they're planning to bring to the new comedy series and this is the lead-in. Turst me - if the Cavemen stay around, you'll probably get to meet Tina.

just kidding, the first answerer was right. I think they are trying to make the cave men appear as though they are gaining human social skills and the mentality of the modern human.
