I want to built a new PC and I have a little problem choosing my hardware. Here are the parts I've chosen. Are they good and how can I make them better ?

Motherboard: Asus M2N32 SLI Deluxe Wi/Fi
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 600+
Memory: Cellshock ( 2 x 1 GB) DDR-2 800 MHz with timings 4-4-4-12
Which graphics card I should choose:Gecube HD 2600 Pro 512 MB
Albatron 8500 GT 512 MB
Twintech 7950 GT 512 MB
Do you have a better one to suggest me? I am not an extreme gamer.

PSU: 420 W
Cooler:Zalman 9500 AM2

7950GT would be the fastest for gaming. But take note that 256Mb ddr3 beats 512Mb ddr2.

7300 gt as since you aren't an extreme gamer doubt you need the 2nd fastest 7series card DDR3 version of the 7300 gt is quite a bit faster though and is actually faster then the 8500 gt (although why an SLI mother board and AMD X2 6000+?)
(and i doubt a 420 watt PSU that doesn't seem branded can be safe with a 7950gt) lower latency RAM doesn't do any better then regular ones (but if you can get it for only a little bit more get it)

as for graphics cards i like nvidia card but thats just me if you aren't a big gamer then you probably don't need the 512mb graphics cards, i think you will need more memory i think that 3gb is extremly fast, as for cpu you should wait until january if you can to built in becuase intel is supposed to be coming out wiht a brand new chip that is supposed to be 2 or 3x the power of the current processors
good job you are builting your own PC thats great, the only bad thing is you still have to use windows OS, but if OS X was lisencesed out like windows then i would have made my own computer to but i wil stick with my iMac for now

is good place to compare cards.
