Ethics prevents a lawyer from saying that if he knows his client is guilty - they will instead say - he has not been proved guilty. They play with words. Sickening really. Yes, he is going to be playing with thugs like himself next.

lawyers can say whatever they want.

the question is, can the prosecution prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt.
