Have you ever walked into a bathroom stall after someone has just used it and it smells really funky (and I'm not talking about a poo smell, either)? I am not trying to be gross, I want to know how many of you experience this?

For instance, in the women's bathroom, you go in a stall after another woman, and perhaps she does not have the best hygiene?

Yeah, it doesn't happen in just bathrooms. I have also had that experience at Victoria's Secret when the woman who went into the changing room before me reeked!

i have experienced this not just in a bathroom, most recently a dressing rm at victoria secret

The Applebee's near me has a sewer problem where it backs up under the street (nice that a waitress told me this - almost too much info, actually) and it always smells so off. Almost makes me want to not go there - or at least not get a drink refill so I don't have to go to the bathroom....

yea pretty gross. i usually go to the stall thats about 3 doors down and if the smell still travels that way, i just find another bathroom. theres no way i could hold my breath that long!

omg! that just recently happened to me at this shell gas station in indiana that doubled as a buffet and antique shop, it was disusting. I opened the door and i immediately got this whiplash of grossness, i thought i was going to pass out on the can and die

This, my friend, is why I hate public restrooms. If it is a real emergency than I always carry sanitizer and body spray in my purse. That way I can spray before entering and sanitize after.

Yes.And i remember flushing the toilet bowl repeatedly again and again but the smell still remains there.And sometimes when i get out of the toilet,the next person thinks that i'm the one who made those smell

It is gross, and the answer is yes with public restrooms. Especially at special events.

I've experienced this in my own bathroom during a party. And it wasn't me! I will never forget that funk...it was seriously the most disgusting odor I ever experienced.
