OK....It all depends on the guy first off some like them some dont. Personally i dont like fake....natural feel realer and look great. Fake ones arent the same. Also its more dangerous ok they are there....but what happens if you hit them too hard or puncture them they deflate and you have to go back and pay more money.....also over time they will evntually start to fail and you will have to get them redone again....besides then after all that there is the risks of scaring and im sure you dont want that for a small implant. Theres also been lots of more medical risks coming out as of late look it up on the net breast implants can cause lots of issues and arent really reccomended and SUPER safe anymore. So...it comes down to your choice but can you safely say you wont get in a reck or accidently hit or stab a boob and have one get completely shot and flat....and have to get it fixed? I guranteee you they are perfect the way they are...small isnt bad you are femenine....you being a woman has nothing to do with your chest size....theres so many more important thing. So shortend down im saying i dont thionk you should because im sure they are great and have no need for some doctor to improve on perfection.

This is a personal preference and people feel differently about it. Its entirely up to you what you do with your body and I think if you're only going up one cup size it wont look so obvious. My old man is a 'boob-man' and hates fake ones (I have naturally big boobs - which he loves!) but looking at the other answers here I dont think it'll be too much of a problem for you!! Guys just love boobs I guess!! The only advice I'd give to you is make sure you go to someone reputable - you dont want to end up horribly scarred. There have been a lot of foul-ups with this type of operation so please - do your homework! Let us know how you get on. Best of luck hun! xxx

I wonder this too. Most guys I've asked can't really tell if boobs are fake or real but the real turnoff is when it's obvious that it is real and they're too hard. If you do decide to go through with it, make sure you do extensive research on plastic surgeons and ask to see pictures of their work.
I don't think it's worth getting a boob job if you just want to go from an A to a B. But do whatever makes you happy, good luck!

It sounds like you're taking this seriously and doing your research. I have a few female friends that have implants. They got them for the same reasons you've mentioned; feel more feminine, fill out a bikini, etc.. Three of them that went from a 34A to a small C cup and now want to go a little bigger. My advice is to really do your research, as you are, and talk to a couple doctors, get different opinions, put the sample implants in your bra with different outfits on to see how they look on you. Good luck!

Fake boobs turn me off too. But America is the only place I want to be.

well, get a pair of zip lock baggies, fill them with warm oil, squeeze them in your hands, is that squishy feel a turn on? not for me. Any size or shape natural is my preference.
However, if you need a little to feel better about yourself rather than for the sake of being center of attention i don't think there is anything wrong with that.
Isn't there something called a wonder bra and other natural looking gel insert to accomplish the same for a lot less money and no surgical/chemical risk?

If they are as you put, 'natural' in size (for your body) then no, it wouldn't matter to me. Personally I don't like any enhancements for the sake of vanity (which is NOT what you seem to be saying) and I truly do prefer what a woman has in the first place. Big, small..it isn't the boobs I am interested in..they would be gravy maybe..but it's the person that catches my attention.

It all depends on who has the fake boobs. If it's Haley from corrie, then yeah I can't see me being over excited there. Anything fake is never as good as the real thing, but if you haven't got any to begin with love, go for it

I wish i could donate to you 1/3 each of mine..lol.
My bf said it's a total turn off for him, but to his each own preferences as i always say.
But i hope before you do it, think about it a hundred times. Personally, I'm worried about its hazards to health. I'm far from perfect either, but I just try my best to highlight my assets and stay away from cosmetic surgery. That works all the time. :)
Good luck and i hope you'll come to a decision that will work best for you in the long run.

The thing with getting a boob job is that it makes women feel that they can replace ANY physical problem with their bodies with surgery. Sure, it may make you look great, but will you ever be satisfied with yourself afterwards?
Soon, your butt is a little 'too' saggy. Your cheeks could move a bit higher. Your nose and your ears are a little too small. You could use a tummy tucker.
That's what's bad about boob jobs. It's like a gateway dryg. And you'll never be satisfied. EVER.
