I had a conflict with my boss.........
actually I was on a project from long time and I completed the report and showed it to him ,he pointed out that there is some more work to be done but I tried and was unable to do that so I mentioned to him to end the project now whatever I have done till now should be considered .....he got angry and told me that he thinks that I have not done anything
I have been working for long time and did much work also I have got some other problems to handle
Now I am worried because of this conflict because it may result in something bad adding more troubles in my life
What shall I do?

It's never good to on bad terms with your boss. I'm not exactly sure what your project is about so I'll just say that you should talk to your boss, apologize if necessary, and get his input on what he would like to change/add. If something is conflicting with what he wants then calmly explain the problem to him and try to cooperatively find a work around or get input from a third party.

Of course your boss man will get angry....you know why..?, b'cos you rush in and lay it down at him like that. To him it might be that he consider it as an important project where so much time and energy been wasted and of course a lost of some kind of money.....a financial setback.

You could have been truthful with your boss man at the beginning when he had asked you to undertake the business project he had in mind. You could have suggested some thing like introducing a right candidate as an option and explain to him the reasons why you did so....

I think now you just have to figure out away how to make you boss man feel ok again with you......

I would try to find out exactly what I am supposed to do and do it. It is no use delivering half work, if you truly can't then you have to accept the consequences as well. Perhaps someone else can do a better job? also, not knowing what this is about exactly, I think you might need to stand up for yourself if you truly did a good job, without being able to do more. then you do not want to be the doormat and if the boss wants better he can do it himself.... it depends on details.... I cannot make this decision for you.
